1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

Buy Now, Pay Later: Klarna, Afterpay

2. Currency & Exchange Rates

All transactions are processed in AUD.
For payments in other currencies, the amount will be converted at the current exchange rate, and additional bank or processing fees may apply.

3. Payment Security

All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant gateways with SSL encryption.
We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
Your payment details are never shared with third parties, and all transactions are protected by industry-standard security measures.

4. Order Processing

You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful payment.

Payment verification may take 1-3 business days.

Orders will only be processed and shipped after payment is confirmed.

5. Pricing & Taxes

All product prices displayed include applicable taxes.

6. Failed & Pending Payments

If your payment fails, please verify your payment details or try an alternative method.

7. Refunds & Disputes

Approved refunds will be issued within 14 business days to the original payment method.

For bank transfers, proof of original payment may be required.

Payment disputes must be reported within 7 days of the transaction by contacting sales@fapo.au.
