Policy Summary

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition.

Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days after receiving authorized returns.

All returns require pre-approval via sales@fapo.au

Eligibility Requirements

Acceptable Returns

Unused or uninstalled products with original packaging and tags.

Defective items with required proof.

Incorrect items shipped by us.

Missing components reported within 5 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Used, modified, or damaged products.

Special or custom orders.

Items without valid proof of purchase.

Return Process

Contact sales@fapo.au within 30 days of delivery with your order number, product details, and return reason. Supporting photos or videos are required for defective items.

After approval, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) code and shipping instructions.

Items must be shipped to the designated address within 7 days of RA issuance.

Note: Unauthorized returns will be refused.

Fees & Refunds

Return Scenarios

Defective items or our shipping errors qualify for free return shipping with no restocking fee.

Customer-initiated returns require the customer to cover return shipping and a 10% restocking fee. This fee is waived if exchanged for store credit.

Refund Timeline

Returned items are inspected within 3–5 business days of receipt.

Refunds are issued within 14 calendar days after approval.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.

Warranty Claims

For manufacturing defects discovered after the initial 30-day return period, please contact sales@fapo.au with your order number and a detailed description of the defect along with supporting evidence.

Our team will provide repair or replacement solutions in accordance with warranty terms.

Critical Conditions

Package Inspection: Inspect all packages before accepting delivery. Refuse visibly damaged shipments.

Restocking Fee Exceptions: Restocking fees do not apply to verified defects or our shipping errors.

Order Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled free of charge before shipment. Post-shipment cancellations are treated as returns and applicable fees apply.

Maximum liability is limited to the product purchase price.
