All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Shipping Methods & Delivery

We ship via Australia Post/ FedEx/ UPS/ DHL etc. to the Australia.

We offer Free Shipping on all orders within Australia. All orders are fulfilled and shipped from our Sydney warehouse.

Estimated delivery time after shipment: 2-7 business days.

*Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or incorrect addresses.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to PO Boxes

Orders with restricted shipping addresses will be canceled and refunded.

Track Your Order

To check your order status:

  1. Log in to your account on our website
  2. Navigate to "Order History"
  3. Click on your order number to view tracking details

For carrier-specific tracking, use the tracking number provided in your order details.

Undelivered Packages

If your order hasn’t arrived within 5 business days of the estimated delivery date:

Check your tracking information on our website or the carrier’s site

If unresolved, email sales@fapo.au with your order number

Damaged or Lost Packages

For damaged items:

Keep all original packaging and contents

Take photos of the damage

Email us at sales@fapo.au within 48 hours of delivery

For lost packages: Contact us after 5 business days past the estimated delivery date.
