All products purchased from fapo.au come with a standard 1-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Customers who participate in our Warranty Extension Program can receive an extended 2-year warranty on eligible products.
To process your warranty claim, we require the following:
Proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.
Detailed documentation of the issue, including clear photos showing the defect, videos demonstrating the problem when applicable, and a description of when and how the issue occurred.
Note: In most cases, returning the defective product is not required. Your documentation is usually sufficient.
Please email your warranty claim to sales@fapo.au and include your order number, product name, and supporting images or videos.
Our team will review your claim within 2 business days.
If necessary, we may request additional information to verify the defect, understand the root cause, or improve our products.
Once approved, replacement parts or products will be shipped at our discretion.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents.
Normal wear and tear.
Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers.
Damage resulting from improper installation or maintenance.
